Welcome to Creatiff. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Creatiff, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Return & Refund Policy, and any additional policies posted by Creatiff.

2. Custom Products

All products sold by Creatiff are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer. Because every order is unique, all sales are final once production begins.

Customers are responsible for verifying all order information before approving production, including:

  • Artwork
  • Spelling
  • Grammar
  • Colors
  • Sizes
  • Quantities
  • Design placement

3. Artwork Approval

If a proof is provided, production will not begin until the customer approves the design.

Once artwork has been approved, Creatiff is not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved proof.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, images, trademarks, or artwork submitted for printing.

Creatiff is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork. The customer assumes all legal responsibility for the submitted content.

Creatiff reserves the right to refuse any order that contains content believed to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

5. Pricing & Payment

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice until an order has been confirmed.

6. Production & Turnaround Times

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Turnaround times may vary due to:

  • Order volume
  • Material availability
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Holidays
  • Weather
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Creatiff is not liable for losses resulting from production or shipping delays.

7. Shipping

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Creatiff is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages caused by carrier error
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. No Refunds

Because every product is custom-made, all sales are final.

Creatiff does not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges

If a manufacturing error occurs, Creatiff may remake the product at its sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

Creatiff's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

Under no circumstances shall Creatiff be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or other economic losses arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been approved, or production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Creatiff reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

  • Offensive or unlawful content
  • Copyright or trademark concerns
  • Incomplete or inaccurate order information
  • Suspected fraud
  • Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff

12. Product Variations

Because garments and printing are manufactured products, slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Print placement
  • Garment sizing
  • Material texture

are considered normal and are not defects.

13. Force Majeure

Creatiff shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor shortages, equipment failure, governmental actions, pandemics, or shipping interruptions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

Creatiff reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon posting.
