Customers retain ownership of artwork, logos, and other materials they provide to Creatiff.

You agree to indemnify and hold Creatiff harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from customer-provided content.

Custom Orders

All products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Representation

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, artwork, and designs.

However, actual colors, garment sizing, and print placement may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, printing processes, garment manufacturing, and material characteristics. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creatiff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website, products, or services.

Creatiff's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.
